Алюмосиликатные пеноматериалы для получения сэндвич-панелей с сердечником на их основе

Геополимеры и пеноматериалы на их основе благодаря огнестойкости, легкости, звуко- и теплоизолирующим свойствам имеют высокие потенциальные возможности применения во многих отраслях. Однако до настоящего времени отсутствуют составы, обеспечивающие стабильное вспенивание, а также методы получения геополимерных материалов с плотностью менее 300 кг/м3. Предложены состав и простая технология получения щелочеактивированной алюмосиликатной пены и сэндвич-панелей с сердечником на ее основе. Получены пены низкой плотностью (197…234 кг/м3) с равномерной и мелкоячеистой структурой и высокими механическими свойствами. На основании проведенных термогравиметрических измерений в неизотермическом режиме при различных скоростях нагрева и моделирования процесса удаления воды разработан двухступенчатый процесс получения пеноматериала. По результатам реологического исследования оптимизированы режимы перемешивания, предвспенивания и получения пеноматериалов и сэндвич-панелей с сердечником на их основе. Оптимизировано содержание гуммиарабика, показана его двойная функция как поверхностно-активного вещества и стабилизатора при образовании пен. Рассмотрено совместное вспенивающее воздействие воды и азодикарбонамида с учетом температурных и концентрационных интервалов их участия в технологическом процессе получения геополимерной пены.
