Исследование температурно-временных условий процесса дуговой наплавки рабочего слоя многослойных композиций

Проведено исследование температурно-временных условий процесса дуговой наплавки рабочего слоя многослойных композиций. В программном комплексе ABAQUS/CAE разработана математическая модель, позволяющая описывать температурное поле и определять температуру нагрева любой точки подложки при дуговой наплавке неплавящимся электродом в среде инертных газов рабочего слоя из композиционного материала на основе сплава АК12М2МгН, содержащего 10 % масс. частиц ортофазы (Ti2NbAl) размером не более 100 мкм. Подложкой в форме пластины размером 100?100?11 мм служила биметаллическая композиция, состоящая из слоев низкоуглеродистой стали 20 и баббита Б83, толщиной 8 и 3 мм соответственно. При моделировании объемного источника нагрева применяли модель двойного эллипсоида, в которой источник нагрева представлял собой комбинацию двух эллипсоидальных источников. Валидация математической модели показала, что она характеризуется удовлетворительной сходимостью (неопределенность не более 10 % при погонной энергии дуговой наплавки 840 Дж/мм).
