Using IDEF-models when analyzing control and test processes of mass production products

The structural-functional IDEF-models of control and test processes of mass production products have been developed. The possibility of unification of selective control plans on the basis of cluster analysis has been analyzed. A possible area of effective unification of control plans - acceptance destructive testing has been found.
