The parameter of a machine durability such as a residual life is being considered. The problem of residual life along with many problems involves such an important problem as a residual life reliable evaluation. This topic has not been given an appropriate consideration in machinetool construction researches. The article is devoted to the development to ensure the reliability of estimation of the metalworking machine residual life.
