The paper presents a unified method of synthesis, design and analysis to solve the problem of manufacturing composite balloons by winding through the concept of Continuous Acquisition and Life-cycle Support. The algorithm for stresseddeformed state analysis is offered within the framework of restrictions imposed at adjacent stages of life cycle. The analysis will be carried out by the finite elements method with the use of the cyclically symmetric scheme.
