The article considers the issues of evaluation of the electrical engineering complexes residual life. The assessment of the technical state of electrical engineering complexes and systems is an important task, which solution allows to detect incipient defects at an early stage and, thereby, to prevent emergency situations that could lead to serious negative consequences.
