Design and calculation of doublecone frictional shaft-hub connection

The design of a double-cone frictional shaft-hub connection, remarkable for its high bearing capacity under an alternating torque and axial force is considered. The calculation of the connection has been performed. A frictional connection can be mounted at the request of the designer at any position along the shaft axis. Special tools are not required for mounting.
