The mathematical model of fluctuations of system with turbulent friction in the form of stochastic difference equations is considered. On the basis of this model the new method for determination of dynamic characteristics of system according to instantaneous values of damped oscillations trace is offered. Results of numerically-analytical investigations of effectiveness of suggested method are provided. The estimation of inaccuracy of calculations is given when processing experimental data.
