It is shown that the theorems formulated for conservative systems couldn't hold true for nonconservative systems under standard operating conditions far from the boundaries of instability. It is necessary to carry out a more profound research of these systems. It is demonstrated that in a nonconservative system the natural frequency of the system is growing when the mass increases and it is decreasing when the stiffness reduces.
