Analytical researches in the field of dynamics of viscoelastic three-dimensional body restricted by two cylindrical surfaces are offered. The common equations of direct-radical oscillations in a circular cylindrical viscoelastic envelope from which the approximate equations of any final order on derivatives uniquely output are obtained.
