Plastic properties of rod elements and their consecutive connection with continual blocks are examined. Conditions of loss plastic stability in chain systems are formulated at monoaxial andnonmonoaxial loading, which allow us to apply numerical methods of the analysis for network infrastructures of a difficult outline.
