On base of deformation process presentation as hard plastic flow in defects 'vertexs of plastic zones for constructions with covering elements and thin wall elements. It allows to formulate deformation and energetic criterions. Formulated by suggested model boundary value problem leads to Fredholm integral equation and its solution gives numeral results.
