Drucker-Prager criterion for mesh materials allowing to define a condition of global stability in processes of rein forced elements extraction from constructions are formulated. Classification of micro models of mesh materials shows that loss of stability in discrete materials is a quantized process accompanied by the exit of separate filaments from operation or a grid peeling on planes.
