It is shown, that the basic advantage of the method of physical deposition in an antiwear coating with magnetic filtration will consist in the considerable grain size refinement, that conducts to formation ofnano-crystalline material (a size of a grain approximately 60-80nm) in coats and increasing a wear hardness of the antiwear coating from a composite of titanium nitride and aluminum in requirements of high-speed machining when an oxidative wear of the edge tool predominates. The main reason of high wear hardness of these coats (in a time of high-speed machining) is the formation of thin protecting films from alumina on a surface of the tool.
