Possibilities of design-engineering finishing of various kind of gears by means of strain gages of integral type, original methods of filing cyclic deformation (voltages) appearing on a surface of details at their repeated loading are considered. Basic techniques of construction distribution diagram in voltages by means of such transmitters fixed in cogs fillet of a sprocket are reduced, outcomes of research of distribution of voltages in a foundation direct and barrel-type cogs satellites of the epicyclical mechanism, arch cogs of the cylindrical sprockets, an estimation of influence of errors of manufacture of Novikov and Wildhaber gearings by amount of local flexural voltages are presented.
