Pattern generation algorithm of a stiffness matrix in a quadrangular finite element of axial-symmetrically loaded incompressible gyration of a body is developed. As a nodal state we used displacements and their partial derivatives. The law of variation of hydrostatic pressure throughout sectional area in a finite element has two variants: as a constant value in the first case and under linear law from nodal states of hydrostatic pressure in the second. The example of calculation is given.
