Thermo-bimetallic discs are widely used in the applications of mechanical and instrumental engineering. The problem of researching and analyzing large displacements and discrete working characteristics and stress deformation states of thermo-bimetallic discs acquire a very high importance especially in the last years appear a many instruments which use the snapping effect. In this paper will be handled the questions of researching and analyzing the discrete working characteristics and stress deformation states of thermo-bimetallic shell discs in the finite element complex ANSYS.
