Change of the intense state of a cylindrical shell is explored. Interior pressure in such a shell varies in time on the pulsation cycle, at the action of controllable longitudinal and radial drawing-ups. Legitimacies of change of voltages in a shell body and design features of controllable drawing-ups are found.
