The approach to system construction of researches In hi-tech market (HTM) surveying I he output of manufacturing plants (MPL) is considered. The basic scheme of interaction between the participants and the block diagram of economic-mathematical market model HTM-MPL taking into account a/I balance of supply and demand in the aggregate and purposes of each market participant are presented. The system structure and process of realization of marketing researches for HTM-MPL system are offered.
