The article analyzes the existing variety of evaluations of staff' training efficiency, their distinctions and ways of application. The factors complicating the evaluation have been determined. The ways to reduce the training cost are considered and the criteria affecting the prime cost of training have been determined. The efficiency evaluation criteria have been determined. The calculation of the integral criterion has been proposed. The sources of data for analysis and the algorithm for evaluation monitoring have been found.
