This survey analyzes the specific features of operational planning in the process of outsourcing developing in mechanical engineering. Based on this investigation it's suggested to interconnect strategic solutions for outsourcing developing and efficient company objectives by minimizing the gross market and company transactional costs. The worked out pattern of operational planning considers partners interests on a bilateral basis.
