Evolution of the logistical concept from the single-unit enterprises up to global logistics of network industrial-economic structures is presented. Problems of local logistics and the reason oj occurrence of effect of «whip» are analyzed. Modern control systems of manufacturing and approaches to management of circuits of the deliveries are examined, allowing to achieve synchronization and a continuity of processes. The new sight at the concept oj management by circuits of deliveries as a problem of achievement of an operated logistical resonance is offered.
