The author proposed solution of the economic-mathematical model for an optimum sharing of material and labor costs between the procuring and mechanoprocessing stages in engineering manufacture is presented. The optimum method for manufacturing performs for final goods and their varieties could be taken as the basis. The obtained results give a chance to economically justify new products and new technological processes innovation in manufacture taking into account possible reorganizational and innovative processes in the industrial-technological structure of an engineering corporation.
