The principles of organization and management that provide marketing support of research and development technologies (R&DT) in research and development centers(R&DC) are examined. The process of R&DC management R&DT marketing support can be divided into five basic parts: principle formulation of marketing support, the analysis of current condition, marketing plans development their estimation and control. Interrelation of the basic functions and the structure defining the process are presented in the form oflDEFO-model.
