Practical implementation of integration processes often shows a substitution of expertly developed integration plans with mere adding up of financial and economic results of corporation members. Projects on creation production corporate structures belong to the strategic combined projects, implementing a long-term task of great importance. The article considers an efficiency evaluation algorithm for the created integrated corporate structures. It recommends a set of parameters and economic models allowing to evaluate commercial efficiency of a project, comparing and choosing the best variant and a substantiation of ways and scales of integration.
