The aspects of innovation activity (IA) and its goal achievement at the industrial enterprises (IE) are observed. For maintenance of systems approach to planning, organization and management of IA it is offered to prove the interrelation and interdependency of the following processes within the limits of innovative development (ID) of the IE at stages of definition of the purposes and strategy of the IA, planning and creation of the portfolio of innovative projects and formation of the total plan of innovative and the industrial and economic activity. The flow block of planning algorithm, organization and management of the (IA)IE is presented.
