The article covers the problems of efficiency of internal instruments of operation management (advancement and stock) in providing steady functioning of the production-closed fields where the launching of the consignment is based on a single rhythm. The analysis of the influence of the machine failure on maintenance parameters has been carried out and the method of forecasting of the number of the machinery in operation has been suggested.
