Business strategic operation system has a new orientation on ecological compatibility of the industrial activity. Aspects of ecological management were examined in this article and the organizational-functional management structure of ecology of the industrial activity at the enterprise was developed. Stage-by-stage development of the ecological management system directed on to the achievement of the best parameters in all ecological aspects of the enterprise activity according to its ecological policy is also illustrated.
