This article examines the vibrations of sewing machine body parts. A variational principle is used to determine the nonlinear natural frequencies of the sewing head. The energy functional was formulated using a dynamic model. Displacement functions were developed based on dynamic deviations of the sewing head’s center of mass. An algebraic expression for the free vibration function was determined using differentiation. The oscillation amplitude affecting the wandering oscillations of the sewing head under the action of disturbing loads was determined using differentiation. The natural frequencies were calculated numerically. The results were verified using experimental research findings. A trial test of vibration reduction on an industrial table was conducted. Theoretical calculations for vibration isolation of industrial sewing machines were performed. The theoretical studies were confirmed by the results of experimental studies of industrial table vibration parameters. Vibration isolator designs were developed that reduce the vibration parameters of industrial sewing machines.
