Development of the market economy, the forthcoming introduction of Kazakhstan into WTO and growing requirements of a home market put new tasks before the Kazakhstan economy. To achieve objects in view it is possible only having satisfied all spectrum of requirements of the transport consumer market, In the Message to people the president of republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbaev (on February, 18"', 2005) has noted 7 clusters which should define long-term specialization of a national economy in not raw branches. Among developed clusters the transport logistics which in the long term should satisfy adequately requirements of economy and the population of Kazakhstan in transportations is designated also and successfully to compete in the world markets of transit and international transportations.
