Vacuum pumping systems are widely used in various branches of science and technology. The mathematical model taking into account the hydraulic resistance of the pipeline and the filter of the vacuum pumping system is proposed to study the dynamics of pumping out air with impurities. The dependences of the pumping speed of the spool vacuum pump PKS-016 on the pressure at the pump inlet, the pressure and velocity of gas along the pipeline axis, the mass of argon in the working tank on time are determined. It is shown that in the absence of a mesh filter and a pipeline length of less than 3 m, a simplified mathematical model can be used for the calculation, assuming that the pressures in the working chamber and at the inlet to the spool vacuum pump are equal.
