Features of carburetion process in diesel engines with nondivided and semi-divided combustion chambers are examined. Designs of the pistons providing ordered air motion in the combustion chamber of a diesel engine are offered. Thе experimental researches which hare confirmed efficiency of their use for decrease in fuel consumption smoking of exhaust gases of a transport diesel engine are given.
