On the theory of gas ejectors having cylindrical and conical mixing chambers

The derivation of ejection equations is given taking into consideration incompleteness of active and passive gases mixing process at the mixing chamber exit. The possible modes of ejector operation have been analyzed on the basis of irreversible thermodynamics theorems and necessary conditions to realize these modes have been obtained. The possibility of existence of two critical operation modes in the ejector with conical mixing chamber at the same ejection coefficient is shown.
