The proposed method to describe the static hysteresis loops has a good universality for analyzing different magnetically soft materials, and it can be easy used in the mathematical model of the electromagnetic actuator. The actual work of the electromagnet for the fuelinjection system can be analyzed more accurately by considering the effect of the dynamic hysteresis. An improved mathematical model in this paper, considering the effects of magnetic hysteresis and saturation on the work of the electromagnetic actuator, is a good use for calculating the process of magnetization and demagnetization for the fuelinjection system.
