In a paper results of research cyclic and static weighting in a model of pipeline system consisting of pipes applied on automobile gas-filling compressor stations (AGFCS) of various types (domestic and import manufactured) are examined. Pipes are welded sequentially among themselves in a uniform lash and have artificial imperfections in joint welds. Cyclic weighting systems modeled on amount of cycles and loading overfalls all life expectancy of gas conduits AGFCS, at static weighting loading rose in steps before destruction of pipeline system. At trials of pipeline system signals of acoustic issue were registered. Results of research have displayed, that detection and development of imperfections up to macro destruction are safely registered by a method of acoustic issue. Development of imperfections consists of two stages - the first when imperfection is explicated quasistationary, and the second, having the accelerated character.
