Conducting experiments on determination of explosive valve placement influence upon explosion pressure in cylindrical volumes, the second pressure peaks have been registered. The value of the second pressure peak might be greater than the first peak's value. Results of a numerical modeling show that the source of the second pressure peck is a sudden expansion of a burning-surface area when flame front passes the explosion valve.
