Efficiency dependence on the parameter (и/с0) and a phase sliding value v were obtained on the basis ofhydrodynamic process theoretical analysis of boiled liquid out of hydro steam turbine nozzles. There is a considerable phase sliding influence on the optimal value (и/c0) corresponding to maximum efficiency. The proposed method allowing to predict main parameters of hydro steam turbine, operating on segner wheel principle through the design and development stages.
