Results of statistical probes examining clutch factor of car wheels with pavement and the traffic-safety in correlation are presented. The analysis of emergency conditions is made. It is shown, how the total number of road accidents with pedestrians, as well as with injured drivers and passengers decreases when we have proper clutch parameters of pavement.
