This article examines the influence of parameters of highways of the winter maintenance on traffic safety. On the basis of statistical analysis of accident-rate we 've analyzed not only the general traffic, the clutch factor with the road covered by snowy-ice formation, but also the difference between wheels of the left and right side of the car.
