The problem of increase functional reliability of an electric locomotive was examined. The solution is an introduction of a multivariate monitoring system and a temperature regulation of the extreme loaded equipment which is satisfying the principals of multidimensiont continuity and midtiplity. On a basis of metod's and means temperature control analyses, the substation of a control ganges choise was carried out and concrete methods of measurement were offered.
