Physical and mathematical models for calculation of temperatures at the grinding, allowing in a complex to consider the shape of contacting bodies i.e. abrasive grain, workpiece, a circle and a swaft, relative migration of these bodies, an arrangement of separate sources of a thermal emission, superposition of thermal impulses from separate grains, dependence of thermophysical properties of bodies and mechanical performances of work material from temperature. Adequacy of the selected models to real conditions is proved. Results of a numerical modeling of temperatures are tested.
