It is well-known, that the process of crystallization of metal of a melt is a batch process. Operating influence of an external thermal source and creating those conditions of a resonance on inferface, it is possible to crumble up structure of metal significantly. Important point at welding is the alloying system, A number of elements cause formation of eutectic in structure with lower melting point, than at the basic metal and in this case it is necessary to accelerate process of crystallization. Other character carries process of the alloy hardening if it was made by refractory modifiers that causes passing of peritectic reaction with simultaneous rise in temperature in a melt. In this case it is necessary to stop crystallization on interface, reducing speed of heat removal towards the colder beds of metal in a zone of thermal influence.
