The block diagram and the Mages and procedures contents of algorithm for synthesis system of optimum technical decisions (SOTD) are developed on the basis of the system analysis of the considered equipment class. The theorem and consequence to it which allows to determine capacities of technical decisions set of complex installations and to estimate volume of analytical and settlement procedures at design stages are formulated. Substantive provisions of SOTD are realized by development and the analysis of industrial spray drying installations parameters for produce of dry dairy products and salts oxides.
