The concept principles for construction and application of the optimum technical decisions synthesis system (SOTD) of complex technological installations are developed. The power and material resources use efficiency on such installations depends on set of the technical decisions (TD) accepted by working out of the basic and auxiliary devices and systems. The use of the system analysis of all known functional, apparatus and constructive attributes for the considered equipment class and funds of the information and calculated methods lays in SOTD basis. It is offered to describe TD set of complex technological installations of one equipment class (spray drying, boiling layer, evaporating installations, etc.) as the generalizing functional block diagram and group of functionally interconnected apparatus and constructive hierarchical structures (trees) represented the basic and auxiliary devices and systems. The compact form description of technical decisions variants sets for equipment classes as the structural formulas keeping functional interrelation of making attributes is offered also.
