The construction of a torus tube with two-layer fiberglass power winding (PW)t supplementary rubber liner and one refueling pipe is examined Technological process on which PW of Q torus bulb is being reeled up by two operations is presented At first using colling machine with non-expendable metal braids longitudinal fiber elements of PW are made, then after cure and setting of elements of a longitudinal layer on an environment liner, the cross-section layer of PW is reeled up on it as on indestructible braid of a coiling machine.
