The problem of operational planning on an industrial enterprise in oligopolistic competitions environment is examined. The model of information flows considering balance of an aggregate demand, in view of resource restrictions, and also purposes of each market participant is constructed. The technology of planning and operative management in oligopolistic circumstances is offered with respect to the industrial market.
