Static tension tests of external threads made by thread milling

In this scientific work, influence of external thread data, thread mill data and threadmilling cinematics was investigated at the profile of the machined external thread. Experimental investigation confirmed theoretical calculated profile and sizes of thread hollow with external thread M12.
Also, threads M12 machined by turning and threadmilling were tested with static straining load. This test showed that profile hollow of external thread don?t have influence at the static strength of thread.
