Classification of parts by size, method of constructing a system of part coordinates for geometric simulation

The problems of АСС creation with the use of the equipment with programmed numerical control are considered. Two main principles make a basis of parts classifications: division of machine parts into dimensional groups and into classes while referring parts having similar manufacturing processes and a similar system of coordinates to display their geometry to the same class and group.
