It is shown that the structure of the deposited layer, which provides obtaining the required set of properties under hydroabrasive wear, must be heterophase and formed during the deposition with formation of differently oriented crystals of the reinforcing phase in the matrix during crystallization of the coating, which hardness should be more than 0.8 of the abrasive's one.
