This paper shows experimental devices for investigation of the filtration process of liquid through porous surface with vibration. This equipment consists membrane filter, vibrating actuator, compressor and control system. Experimental investigation shows that filtration process of liquid through prorus surface depence on parameters of vibration and level of solid deposits distributed in liquid.
